Kasia Lins is a singer, pianist, composer and songwriter. In 2018 she released the long-playing album "Wiersz Ostatni", which was very well received by listeners and journalists.
Her latest album "Moja Wina" (May 2020) is a collection of stories about hell and heaven, powerlessness and desire, falls and raptures. "Moja Wina" ritually, sometimes using a liturgical dialect, observes the mania of worship, shares doubts, tells a story about strengths and weaknesses. "Moja Wina" is an intoxicating instrumental layer, supported by disturbing vocals and choirs. The mass character of the music fights against the secular overtone of the content.
In July 2020 Kasia Lins published the live show "Czego dusza pragnie" on the internet. The material gained some great reviews and was very well received by the audience. "Czego dusza pragnie" is an unique hybrid of a concert, theater spectacle and the movie. It's an audiovisual experience that offers a fresh approach to communication with the audience and an innovative form that a live concert can take.
In 2019 Kasia Lins was twice nominated for the Fryderyki 2019 award in the Alternative Pop Album of the Year and Author of the Year category. In 2020 she became the laureate of the Grzegorz Ciechowski award. She was also nominated for the Cultural Award of Onet and the City of Krakow - O! Lśnienia 2021. Her music, concerts and videos are characterized by a stuffy and cinematic atmosphere.
